I had the same thing happen to me. One of the guys at Z1 told me to pound the elbow back in with a rubber mallet and then use a metal punch to indent the top of the housing where the end of the elbow meets valve cover. Apparently the indentation should keep it in place. I ended up just pounding the elbow into the housing and it has been fine for about six months now (without the indentation). Ive got the back end of a cheap billiards cue that I use for force in some tight places where you cant full swing a rubber mallet. Hold the rubber end of the cue on the elbow and use a normal hammer on the other end.
